YMCA Camp Chief 2b: bunkhouses is a design-build project that includes the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of two new modular bunkhouses (each consisting of 4 modular blocks). The project led by Buttcon as a design/build partner includes all core aspects of the construction, and the modular structure is the key factor to the expedition of construction and contribution to the overall project’s success. The construction will begin September 4th and the projected completion date of December 21st, 2024. The completion of the project will provide a high quality of life for its staff as the final product is designed to be durable, low maintenance, safe, accessible, and modern.
